Kelly Keen is an architect who transitioned into R&D Construction Management on the
CM/GC side and worked twelve years of her career as an owner representative at Genentech
& Roche’s Pharmatechnical Engineering, executing CAPEX projects and portfolios. She sat on
all sides of the CAPEX Process and led projects up to a billion USD cost in seven countries on
four continents.
She founded kellykeen.com in 2020 in response to clients needing consulting for Project, Program &
Portfolio set-ups. Over her career she worked with Genentech, Roche, Novartis, Boehringer Ingelheim,
Exelixis, Polpharma Biologiccs as well as many high-tech companies in the SF Bay Area.
