Finbarr Kelly

Finbarr has over 37 years of experience in the design, construction, and operation of large-scale pharmaceutical, biopharma and advanced technology manufacturing facilities/projects in Ireland, Europe, the United States, Puerto Rico and Asia. As Project Director he has led major projects for Lilly, Fujifilm, BMS, Novartis, Amgen, Genentech and Intel. Finbarr worked for 18 years Client side for Pfizer, Novartis and Amgen executing large-scale pharmaceutical projects. His key skills include management of complex projects: scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality; management of multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives; value engineering and challenging cost and scope; development of effective work processes and the elimination of waste.
