I think the important bit that I like to have is meeting lots of new people, but having that difference of opinion and seeing some of the debates that are going on around different points of view. Because I think it's really easy when you're in your own company to only see that culture, not see areas of opportunities. So it's really nice to see how other people are doing it and still borrow or use a few ideas from there, but really enjoy it so far.

It's nice to confirm that the project management problems and the PM space are the same everywhere. It's confirming for the participants that we are all facing similar challenges and problems. We had a great discussion about whether the Project Manager should also be the Scrum Master or not in different areas. This was one of the really innovative and inspiring topics.

We were addressing topics around innovation in CapEx project delivery, like integration of project teams and robotic systems, so it's quite interesting to see how this applied to our work.
