About the awards

Future of Health – Patient Experience and Healthcare Technology Awards emerges as a landmark gathering where the region’s healthcare visionaries unite to shape what comes next for the world of health. “Set in Jakarta, a leading gateway to Southeast Asia’s healthcare innovation and digital health transformation”, the event brings together pioneers, clinicians, policymakers, HealthTech leaders, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and MedTech organizations who are collectively redefining how care will be delivered, experienced, and transformed in the years ahead.
At the heart of the event lies the Awards Ceremony, celebrating champions who elevate patient experience across the healthcare spectrum. These honours are reserved for organizations and individuals who go beyond clinical excellence to build Healthcare environments rooted in empathy, accessibility, and trust. The awards Celebrates groundbreaking initiatives, human-centerer design, and strategic leadership that enhance patient satisfaction and well-being.

Future of Health Patient Experience and Healthcare Technology Awards are Submitted through online nomination form and will be evaluated by Awards committee. Final date for submitting nominations – October 9, 2026.

After the deadline, all submissions will be compiled and shared with the Awards Committee for their independent, anonymous evaluation.

Winners will be selected based on a combined score of Awards Committee and using defined scoring criteria (impact, innovation, patient outcomes, scalability, etc.). Winners will be contacted with details for their participation in the Awards Ceremony and Networking Gala Dinner.
